fish apple tree asked: I will be living off campus and have a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, steam cooker, and a toaster oven. I have been a vegetarian for 2 years now but I am worried that when I go to college I won’t have as much time or money to cook and eat healthy. So what are some easy, healthy, and tasty vegetarian meals and snacks?
I have also never had to grocery shop for myself before, so any tips for that would be great.

question2 asked:
I noticed that there are a lot of birth control methods that allow you to have a cycle when you want too. Isn’t the monthly cycle the body’s way of cleansing itself of bacteria and other germs? How healthy is this to a females body ?

angelina_026 asked: I have been on birth control for nearly 2 years. I have been skipping the placebo week for over a year now. Instead, I just start a new pack immediately, so I am always on the pill and don’t have periods.
My friends always ask me if that’s healthy or not. From what I know, the extra estrogen you take in birth control increases my risk of breast cancer. However, by not having periods, I am decreasing my risk of cervical cancer. Am I correct on this?
Also, I have told at least 3 doctors that I do this, and have not had a single one tell me that it is unhealthy to do so. Is this healthy to do for an extended length of time?
Thanks for your answers

Nami asked:
Around november of last year, i switched over from a disgusting junk food thriving, soda drinking, chain smoking living habit to a cleaner more exercise and healthy eating habit. Before i switched, i got sick maybe once a year. Ever since i changed things, I’ve caught several colds, and a very mild case of strep. Basically what i’m asking is can a healthier diet put you at risk for sickness or common viruses?
